Recurring Services
11. Recurring Service Packages
11.1 - These additional terms apply to the recurring service package outlined in the Proposal. These terms are in addition to RMBD’s standard terms of business, but in the event of any conflict between them and these terms, these terms shall prevail.
11.2 - The quotation provided to you in the Proposal has been specially priced on the basis that we will provide our services for a minimum period of 12 months.
11.3 - You agree to utilise RMBD’s services for a minimum period of 12 months and to pay for the services on a monthly basis, within 7 days of submission of invoice.
11.4 - in the event that RMBD’s service are terminated prior to the expiry of any 12 month period through no cause of its own, RMBD reserves the right to re-invoice you for the services rendered during the period up to the date of termination at their standard charge-out rate, which you agreed to pay within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
