Early on in the process, it was clear that Benchmark had big goals and high hopes for the city. They had the aim of being a leading boutique property management firm and they needed to position the brand for future expansion so they were ready when the right opportunities presented.
The new brand Red Meets Blue developed focused on ensuring there was clear differentiation from the market, a recognisable identity that could be built upon, and room for multi-location expansion.
