Creating a microsite for the new Kleenheat 2015 campaign may have been the final outcome for this project but the process was as strategic as it was creative. Working with Kleenheat and their agency partner, we engaged a number of discovery and strategic sessions to better understand the challenges, audience dynamics and goals for the campaign.
We soon discovered that an engaging, interactive, informative and conversion focused website was the key to success.
The Kleenheat team engaged Red Meets Blue to lead the process of better understanding who was coming to the website, how they were arriving, what frame of mind they were in and what we wanted them to achieve whilst on the website.
Strategic user pathway planning helped us map out the ideal experience path whilst on the website, and from this understanding, we built a framework and series of designs to ensure the user experience was rich, enjoyable, interactive and authentic.
As the online destination for all campaign advertising, the microsite communicates not just what it is that Kleenheat does, but also who they are, and the result is a well thought through, impacting website that has thus far achieved significant results for the client.
